The steps of the shanty were rotting away.one of them was super springy and definitely made a squishing sound when you stepped on it!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I started by prying on the worst step and Oh Boy! It was a mess. The spongey stuff went all the way through and there were a couple of cracks all the way through as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"3000\" height=\"4000\" data-id=\"378\" src=\"http:\/\/theshanty.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/20231223_110648.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-378\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"3000\" height=\"4000\" data-id=\"379\" src=\"http:\/\/theshanty.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/20231223_111828.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-379\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I pulled all of the steps off and realized I didn&#8217;t have any nails for my pneumatic framing nailer. So off to Ace, where&#8230; No joy. They didn&#8217;t have any. So on to Lowes, where they did have them, but I really didn&#8217;t need 1000. I bought them, but I really didn&#8217;t need that many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B072QYHPG5\/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&amp;th=1\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B072QYHPG5\/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&amp;th=1\">framing nailer<\/a> I have.
