Fun times! I had to strip back a few rows of shingles the whole way across and replace a lot more near the outside corner. Part of the repair was removing the old on-roof gutter. It was a stupid design anyway and I will have to do it on the porch on the front of the house as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The room was built as a porch in the 1920&#8217;s. I have no idea when it was enclosed into a room. I need to put a gutter on the edge of the roof in the immediate future. I will also be going back and replacing the rest of that lower roof this summer.
