Then the trailer started making a thrumming sound. We were a little over two miles from a rest area. So, we pulled in. I got out and saw the flat. I didn&#8217;t have a spare. D&#8217;oh!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" data-id=\"552\" src=\"http:\/\/theshanty.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/20240428_080932_result.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-552\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"1000\" data-id=\"521\" src=\"http:\/\/theshanty.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/20240428_080938_result.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-521\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately we were pretty close to a Tractor Supply. They had three of the right sized wheels and tires in stock and they opened right when we would arrive. so we locked up and left the trailer in the rest area and went shopping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" src=\"http:\/\/theshanty.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/20240428_082847_result.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-522\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When we got back I grabbed the jack out of the jeep and got to work. A few minutes later the tire was changed and we were on our way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"1000\" data-id=\"523\" src=\"http:\/\/theshanty.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/20240428_094225_result.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-523\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" data-id=\"524\" src=\"http:\/\/theshanty.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/20240428_101645_result.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-524\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately the replacement tires were lighter weight than the &#8220;High Speed&#8221; ones I was using from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.etrailer.com\/Trailer-Tires-and-Wheels\/Kenda\/AM30620.html\">eTrailer.com<\/a> so, we had to keep the speed down.
