I put 1 cup of heavy cream and a pinch of kosher salt in a plastic container that locks closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My 5 year old and I took turns shaking it. It was a 5% : 95% split on the labor, but she tried her hardest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s amazing how it goes from liquid to foam and then, after what feels like days, suddenly it’s a solid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
